ABOUT US
We are Proxius – a young startup with a passion for process mining! Our customers are primarily in the telecommunications and energy industries, who challenge us with exciting projects both nationally and internationally. Even though Proxius may not yet be a big name outside the process mining bubble, you're sure to already know our customers!
The founding team consists of three former colleagues and passionate process mining experts, all of whom have many years of experience in consulting.
Although Max lives in Berlin, Christoph in Munich, and Janis in Krefeld, we attach great importance to meeting in person on a regular basis – whether for joint client projects or simply to have a good time together. For us, fun and team spirit are just as much a part of work as professionalism in client projects. That's why we celebrate our successes together and regularly organize events that bond us as a team.

FLEXIBILITY THAT SUITS YOU
With us, you can work from anywhere – you have complete flexibility in your choice of location. However, if you're interested in becoming part of a regional cluster in Berlin, the Rhineland, or Munich, we're thrilled to build our first local team there. After all, working together and interacting directly is simply more fun! Since we occasionally visit our clients on-site, we need some flexibility from you when it comes to business travel.
OUR VISION AND GOALS
Our growth plans are ambitious, and in addition to our existing business, we already have promising client projects and new business models in the pipeline. In addition to traditional consulting, we also aim to grow significantly in product development. This will enable us to offer scalable solutions that create real added value for our clients and transform the market in the long term. To achieve these goals, we are urgently looking to expand our core team.
